hi, i have advised to implement hashed passwords for Apex apps to secure them instead of just normal encryption. so, how it can be done? create, store and retrieve for authentication how i can implement? please share if there is any link you / others guide for beginners like me. regards

hi, for my problem i searched on google and found an example below, how i can check the sql_query (within apex) is perfect or have any error. here in this example the guy used apex_debug.message i have remarked it. especially curious whether the collection name 'ZONE_ADMIN' will be fine for returning sql query or there will be problem extracting data. hi all, i have created a Master-Detail using 1 view (Master) and 1 table (Detail), both have same column (customer_id) but not primary / foreign key relationship, created relationship with that field. IG is not Editable, just like a Report. when both are hidden, then showing data in Master & Detail normally, but when changed type to Select List in Master now it is not showing Detail data, also tried Select List for same column in Detail but failed, still not showing detailed data. what is the solution to have working Master-Detail with 1 view and 1 table with No Primary & Foreign key relationship but have same column in both db objects? and at least Master customer_id column should be a Select List type. regards
working at apex.oracle.com while trying to load data from unloaded xml file, it is showing error, when checked with Configure option here it is CLOB instead of BLOB. why it took wrong data type for image column which is defined as BLOB? how i can mapped it to correct data type? please help. regards

hi @Vinish, I have created a test app on apex.oracle.com and implemented custom menu by following your guide here https://www.foxinfotech.in/2019/07/oracle-apex-tree-example.html now I want to set a page item value and refresh the region to show "items" in Cards region as per currently selected Category from Menu Item. and also want it to behave (if possible) same for the very first entry (from where menu starts) like: Grocery or Dairy & Eggs or Cooking etc. also for this purpose i searched and found your guide here: https://orclqa.com/question/how-to-set-item-value-by-clicking-on-tree-region/ but its throwing error as below when clicking on Menu Item: The request could not be mapped to any database. hi, working on a client requirement and need help, they want to create a Department wise IR which should contains multi level sums on Sal columns like (emp): in each Department JOB wise Total, after end of each department should show Department’s Total and in end of report it will show Grand Total. I used Control Beak on Department and then Job but it is showing only Job totals. may be I am doing wrong here OR any other feature it of for the same? be blessed, regards
