I have one problem in oracle application i want to restrict the data as full security means no body can access the data outside application as hacker and how disable browser level inspect, console all those things please anybody guide me.

I want to make a report with a radio group pill can you help I am unable to create it. for example shown in the image. How to make a switch button like the radio group pill button in the report.
