    Yes, you can install both on one system but definitely on different folders.

    You will be able to specify the path for one Oracle client only.

    Suppose you have set the PATH variable for Oracle 11g client and want to run and connect the SQL*Plus from Oracle 19c client, then you have to move into that folder and then have to run the executable.
