Hi everyone,
We are developing a Sales Order to Delivery process. We have created a master detail form to enter Orders received from customers. An order can have one or multiple items in it. The order number & order date along-with customer name is stored in the Master table and Item details (item, qty, Rate & amount) are stored in the Detail table. Let's assume we receive an order with 2 items / SKU's in a single order which is entered as 2 rows in the Sales Order form. At the time of Delivery the user may deliver either one of both items at the same time. Assuming that both items are to be delivered the user selects the Sales order Number from the drop down list. Based on the selected order number items from the selected sales order have to be filled into the Interactive grid (Detail table of Delivery Note).
I remember using a fillgrid option to fill the Delivery Note detail table in another low code application / tool with Oracle as the DB. We had a pop-up showing list of items from the selected Sales order (in the delivery note form) wherein the user could select an item / items that are going to be delivered.
My query is, whether such an option is available in oracle apex which we are not aware of to achieve this result
we are using Apex 20.2
Any help would be highly appreciated

Can anyone help me to achieve this..

You can create a dynamic action on the Sales order drop-down to insert the records into the table on which the IG is created, then create another true action to refresh the grid.
Also, you will insert the key field value with which you are linking the grid to the form. And if the user selects a different sales order number, you will delete the data from that IG table for that key field value and then populate again for the selected sales order.

Thanks for the reply Vinish
Here user may not deliver all the items at the same time so is there any optionĀ wherein the user could select an item / items that are going to be delivered from selected sale order number. Only selected items has to be saved.

You can create an inline dialog or a separate dialog form in which you can give the ability to select multiple items using the multi-select LOV or the IG and then return it to the previous form.
