Using Apex 20.2
I am trying to use a Gantt Chart to show when employee's are on a task for a given month. On the left hand side it shows the list of employees and on the top it should show the days of the month(eg 1, 2, 3, etc...)
How do you get the top of Gantt chart to show the days of the month ?
Thanks

Hi,
Whilst I am unable to answer your question directly I thought that since I am in the middle of implementing a Gantt Solution as part of our Oracle EBS (for plant scheduling) that I would share my progress.
I got extremely frustrated with using native JET and tried FusionGantt, then went back to the ANYCHART Plug In. Sadly that plug in is using the V7 Library and lacks many of the cool features of their V8 Library. If you want to you can implement the V8 as pure .JS - and lose all the benefits of a Plug In.
Eventually after a LOT of trial and mostly error I have settled on a Plug in which wraps the JET Gantt from Plug-ins-Pro.com. I got great support from them with a couple of "my" issues and it meets nearly all my needs. Gantt is one of those charts that seems to depend on the amount of functionality that has been implemented. you may have to compromise a little, but this one is simple to use and make work. There is a free trial on the website.
I hope that helps?

Hi, since my last note to you I have learnt a lot more about the GANTT in JET generally.
The "Column" (Timeline headings) depend a few things. The most important is the scale of what is being rendered.
after that there is some configuration you can do. See the attached file for some of the options that can be set.
The "xxx-zoom-order" settings control the sequence of changes in major/minor heading elements as you cycle with the +/- buttons that appear when you hover in the timeline.
Hope this helps a little.
