data stored in table is in this format

expected report.

I have done it with plsql dynamic content. but i cannot able to download it.

You can use any PL/SQL utility package to convert rows into columns easily. Try the below one:

Then you can simply use the classic or interactive reports to show the data.

I have done it by using pivot function shared by you. But there is one problem. Some times my query returns 1 column some time 30 columns its dynamic query. How can I auto sync column names in interactive report.
