Dear Sir,
I want to access a button (maybe in :Request variable)) or an input text element in in Process of Apex page after that button was pressed.
I put below in htp.p of a PL/SQL dynamic content region and and want to insert data in oracle table.
<!-- Contact Section -->
<div class="myClass" id="contact">
<h3 class="myClass">Contact</h3>
<p>Lets get in touch and talk about your next project.</p>
<form action="" target="_blank">
<input class="myClass" type="text" id="P1_NAME" placeholder="Name" required name="NAME" >
<input class="myClass" type="text" id="P1_EMAIL" placeholder="Email" required name="EMAIL">
<button onclick="apex.submit({request:"SNDMSG",validate:true});" class="myClass" id="SndMsg" type="submit">
<i class="fa fa-paper-plane"></i> SEND MESSAGE
</button>
</form>
</div>

Why are you creating form using HTML when Apex creates for you?
Use the wizard to create a form on table.

Actually, I have copied a full page tempate from w3school (https://www.w3schools.com/w3css/tryit.asp?filename=tryw3css_templates_architect&stacked=h) and paste it in a PL/SQL Dynamic region, so everything is in that code; The forms, pictures, and different kinds of divs. In the last question, I shared with you a contact us form from that template. I was wondering if it could happen to use it with apex builtins. Like I want to save contact us data on send button click. For that, I have to trap that button in a process of the apex and would like to use the text items to store their data in the table which are used in the contact us form.
